Eric Dubek
Arm Care Coordinator | 16u Head Coach
Eric graduated from Providence Catholic High School in 2014, where he was an integral part of the school’s first-ever state championship team in baseball. His leadership and skills on the field helped cement his place in the program’s history. After high school, Eric continued his baseball career at Concordia University Wisconsin, where he played for four years and served as the team captain, showcasing his strong leadership abilities. He graduated as part of one of the winningest classes in the program’s history, a testament to the team’s success during his tenure.
Following college, Eric shifted his focus to player development. He played a key role in establishing a highly effective arm strength and conditioning program at Future Stars Baseball Academy, a program that has since become widely popular among aspiring athletes. Eric coaches at the 16u level where he continues to mentor and develop top baseball talent in the region. His experience as a player and coach has made him an invaluable asset to the baseball community.
