Training
Developing players to compete at the highest levels requires training from coaches and staff who have competed and coached at these levels.
In the off-season, training for our 15u, 16u, & 17u levels consists of a twelve-week off-season program where players receive position-specific, professional instruction. Alongside this, we also put players through our “arm care program” where players are shown stretches, exercises, and maintenance procedures to correctly care for their arms to prevent injury and promote longevity.
Chicago Elite's home training facility is Future Stars Baseball Academy (www.fs-ba.com). Future Stars is a state-of-the-art training facility where players have unlimited access to batting cages, pitching tunnels and infield work.
