WINTER TRAINING
Chicago Elite players & families,
As we transition to the off-season, it's time to start looking ahead to next season and how we can continue to elevate our game! Listed below are the off-season training opportunities that we have carefully curated for the 15u, 16u, & 17u levels. We understand that everyone has different schedules and preferences, that is where our à la carte approach to the off-season training programs comes into play.
This year's off-season training programs will consist of:
- Arm care program
- Small group hitting instruction
- Team hitting
- Group catching instruction
Players can sign up for one, two, or all of these trainings at an additional cost, listed below.
All of this training is optional. We understand everyone has instructors/trainers they prefer to use.
ARM CARE
The extremely popular Arm Care Program is where players are shown stretches, exercises, and maintenance procedures to correctly care for their arms to promote longevity and reduce injury. The program is run by Chicago Elite's Eric Dubek, Mike Schalasky, Connor Oliver, and Scott Youngbrandt.
The Winter arm care is 3 days per week. Mondays & Thursdays will be plyos & mobility. Saturdays will be bullpens.

SMALL GROUP HITTING
The hitting program will aim to develop the complete hitter. From improving a player's swing plane and mechanics, to promoting the generation of force to make optimal contact and drive the ball. Ultimately giving hitters a better chance to succeed at the plate.
This program is run by Chicago Elite's Jake Plastiak.
Small group hitting is once a week on the day you select, at the time you select. 3 hitters per session.

TEAM HITTING
Our coaching staff is dedicated to honing each player's hitting skills, emphasizing techniques that contribute to both individual and team success. From mastering the fundamentals to developing strategic approaches at the plate, we aim to foster a well-rounded and dynamic batting lineup.
This program is run by Chicago Elite's Jake Plastiak, Ryan Ritter, Anthony Rios, and Scott Youngbrandt.

DAYS & TIMES: Sundays, 5:30-6:30pm, 6:30-7:30pm, 7:30-8:30pm

CATCHING
The catching program will cover all major aspects of being behind the plate. Players will receive instruction on stance, framing, blocking, and more.
This program is run by Chicago Elite's Anthony Rios.

DAY & TIMES: Saturdays 9:00-10:00am, 10:00-11:00am, 11:00am-12:00pm, 12:00-1:00pm
